Welcome to Nameverse, Inc. ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, domain marketplace, and related products and services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

 

2. Services Overview

Nameverse, Inc. provides the following services:

• Domain name sales and leasing (including lease-to-own options)
• Website design and development
• SEO and marketing services
• Logo design and brand identity creation
• Digital marketing strategy consulting

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

 

3. Account Registration

Some features of our Services may require you to register an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

 

4. Domain Name Sales and Leasing

All domain sales are final unless stated otherwise in writing. For lease-to-own agreements, failure to make scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of the domain and previously paid amounts. Domains remain the property of Nameverse, Inc. until full payment has been received or the lease term has been successfully completed.

 

5. Website, Logo, and Marketing Services

Upon acceptance of a service proposal or agreement, clients must submit required content and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication or payment may result in project delays or termination. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content submitted.

 

6. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may use third-party payment processors to collect fees. You agree to pay all applicable charges as described at the time of purchase. Recurring services may be billed monthly or annually and will renew automatically unless canceled in advance.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Nameverse, Inc. as part of a service engagement remains the property of Nameverse, Inc. until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of custom design and content may be transferred to the client. Domain names sold or leased will transfer ownership or control upon fulfillment of payment obligations.

 

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Services:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To infringe on intellectual property rights
• To upload or distribute malicious software
• To impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

 

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or performance of any domain or service.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nameverse, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

 

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
